Sample letter to accept interview

I am really pleased that a company as big as yours has given me an opportunity to appear for an interview. It is really exciting and I am looking forward for a wonderful discussion with you. In the letter you had asked me whether I will require any travelling allowance and rescheduling of the interview, which is due to be held on February 15th. Since I reside nearby, I won't be having trouble coming for the interview.

I will be carrying all my documents along with me as per your request for the process to undergo without any interruption.

However, if you need any further information or paperwork, kindly do let me know in advance so that I can make the necessary arrangements.
